Mail handling and service details
Mailing names
Returns are sorted and managed by the name they are addressed to. Each account allows up to 2 mailing names such as your brand, website, or business name.
Additional mailing names are available at £3 p.m. / £24 p.a. each.
Parcel forwarding
Parcels and packages can be forwarded anywhere in the world. Items are normally consolidated to save on postage and can be sent at your preferred frequency, usually weekly or monthly.
Collection
Items can be collected in person from the Hampshire holding address strictly by appointment only, with no additional charge.
Storage
Parcels and packages can be securely stored for up to 60 days, provided the quantity is not excessive.
Disposal
If you do not want returned items, they can be disposed of at no extra charge in a way the service considers appropriate and environmentally friendly. Certain items may incur environmental waste disposal charges.
